Our Class Rules - Our 1st BLOG

Today we have been working on getting to know our classroom. We worked in our jotters on the class rules we thought were the most important.

Working in SMARTNotebook we shared our ideas as a class. We came up with about 25 rules, so we had to choose the most important to us. This is what we came up with.

  • We will always use our manners.
  • We will respect other people’s thoughts and feelings.
  • We will set an excellent example for the younger children.
  • We will always be honest and truthful.
  • We will always give our best effort.
  • We will always keep the classroom tidy.

Hello form Aberdeen in Scotland. Like John, I think that having a positive set of rules instead of a lot of ‘nots’ is a great idea.
I look forward to reading your blogs.

    Hello Year Six

I think your class rules are great-in fact maybe I could try them at home with my children! I hope you are all having a good start to the year and making the most of being in Year Six.
